Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Habit Badger account and everything in it — for your whole family — at any time, directly in the app. No email or waiting required.
Delete in the app
- Open Habit Badger and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Enter your password to confirm, then tap Delete account.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your parent account and sign-in.
- Every child profile under your account.
- All coins earned, badges, and rewards.
- Every photo, emotion, note, and "moment" or reward claim.
- All activity history.
This is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no recovery once deletion is confirmed.
Prefer to email?
If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify the request and complete it for you.
Timing & backups
Your data is removed from the live service immediately when you confirm deletion. Residual copies held in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. We retain no personal information after that, except where the law requires us to keep limited records.
