Habit Badger helps families turn everyday routines into habits kids are proud of. By using the app you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. Who can use Habit Badger

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose profile you create. You are responsible for supervising your children's use of the app and for the profiles and content you create on their behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. How the app works

Children earn in-app coins by completing activities, and spend those coins to claim rewards you set up. Coins are a feature of the app only: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot currently be purchased with real money. Rewards are agreements between you and your child — Habit Badger does not fulfill, ship, or guarantee any real-world reward.

4. Your content

You and your family own the photos, notes, and other content you add. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the app for your family. We do not use your content for advertising and do not share it with other families or the public. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photo you add.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the app only for its intended family, personal, non-commercial purpose.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We aim to keep the app reliable but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Kid Technologies Pte Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Profile → Account → Delete Account, or see our Account & Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your family's data and is part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
